Causewayz Square Brixton @ Johor Bahru City Centre, Johor
Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, Johor Bahru City Centre, Johor
Brixton gives Causewayz Square buyers a lower-density choice among its 1,257 freehold homes. Tower B1 holds 12 homes on most floors between Level 12 and 56, with 9 on Level 40, while Tower B2 has 16 a floor throughout; each floor is reached by five passenger lifts, with one more lift for service. The mix runs from a one-bedroom of 474 sq ft through two-bedroom D plans of 667 sq ft to three-bedroom E and F plans of 850 sq ft, the F versions split as dual-key. Brixton fits a couple, a cross-border worker or a family of three or four who want fewer neighbours per floor; it is not for buyers wanting more than three bedrooms. On foreign ownership: Johor’s floor for a foreign buyer is RM1,000,000, with approval by the State Authority for every sale. A Brixton home whose price reaches RM1,000,000 qualifies on that basis; anything cheaper is open to a foreigner only when bought from the developer as a serviced apartment, with State Authority approval and a levy starting at RM50,000, and never as a resale.

The service charge per square foot. It is the cost you carry every month for as long as you own, and it varies several times over between buildings.
Car park allocation in writing. Some city projects allocate none; you rent a bay monthly instead.

The bank's formula is monthly payment = P × r ÷ [1 − (1 + r)−n]. P is the amount borrowed, r is the yearly rate ÷ 12, and n is the number of monthly payments: 420 over 35 years.
Most new home loans float. The rate is the Standardised Base Rate (SBR) plus a spread the bank sets for you, and the SBR tracks the Overnight Policy Rate, which Bank Negara has held at 2.75% from 9 July 2025. At 4.5% instead of 4%, that RM621,900 loan costs about RM190 more a month, and a 30-year term instead of 35 adds about RM215. If this would be your third or later home loan, the bank can lend at most 70% of the property's value.
