Aras Residences is the second residential project in the 62.55-acre WCity OUG township, next to the completed The Maple Residences by the same developer, so you can walk around a finished building before deciding. Two towers of 56 storeys on 3.35 acres hold 1,272 serviced apartments, with 14 units on each typical floor. There are only two layouts: Type A and A1 at 850 sq ft with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and Type B and B1 at 1,062 sq ft with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a balcony. The towers face north-south, towards KL City or Bukit Jalil, and the living room and bedrooms have a 3.1 m clear ceiling height. Units come with inverter split air-conditioners in the living room and bedrooms, instant water heaters with a rain shower in the master bathroom, shower screens and a digital lockset. Each unit has 2 or 3 car park bays. The largest layout has three bedrooms, so it will not suit a family needing four.
